Oak Street Mfg. warrants that all of its products and their components shall be free of defects in material and workmanship for 12 months after the date of purchase. If any product is found to be defective in material or workmanship during the first 12 months after purchase and if the product or component has been properly installed and maintained by purchaser, Oak Street will, at its option, replace or repair the product or component without charge. This warranty does not apply to modified products or to those damaged by accident, abuse, neglect or misuse.

In addition Oak Street extends the warranty period for a variety of products: they include and are limited to: Metal chair frames: All metal chair frames carry a 5 year structural warranty on the frame. C.O.M. vinyls and fabrics carry no warranty from Oak Street Mfg. The extent of Oak Street's liability is limited to the purchase price of the products sold. In no event shall we be liable for injury, loss, or damage, whether direct, consequential or incidental, to persons or property arising out of purchaser's use or any inability to use said products. Oak Street does not assume labor charges for unauthorized repairs.
