Freight Charges

We will ship orders anywhere in the United States of America. We ship via UPS when possible. How your items ultimately ship depends on their weight and size. Most large non-UPS-able products are shipped tailgate delivery. This is the most economical delivery available. It means the driver will bring the product to the back of the truck. Someone from your company or building will then have to take it from there. Inside delivery is also available. This saves you from having to go out to the back of the truck to unload your merchandise, but additional charges and delivery time (up to 1-2 weeks) apply. Call 800-233-3360 for details.

The shipping charges will vary due to many variables such as carrier, type of delivery, delivery location, weight, freight class, fuel surcharges, and more. The freight quotes are automatically calculated for you online. Once you have added the items you are interested in purchasing to your shopping basket you simply enter the City, State, and Zip code to where we are shipping. You also need to select if we are delivering to a loading dock, or if you need a lift gate, residential delivery, limited access, construction site, or inside delivery. Once all of your selections have been made you click "get shipping". You will then be quoted the freight charges and be given the option to go to our "Secure Check Out" or "Continue Shopping".

ATTENTION RESIDENTIAL CUSTOMERS

Because of size and weight most of our product has to be shipped via LTL freight carriers. Their charges are completely different from other shippers you may be familiar with. Freight carriers all charge about $45 more for a residential delivery. This gets it to the curb in front of your residence. If you want them to bring it up from the curb and into your residence, there is often an additional charge.

Even so, we get many residential orders. It's not that these people have money to burn - they know a few tricks:

  • Have us ship your order to a business (or a church).
If you have a way to get it home, you can save the residential delivery ($45 or more) just by having it delivered to a place of business. You could buy your boss lunch and still be ahead.
  • Split the cost with a neighbor.
The base shipping rate covers up to several hundred pounds. So it's possible to order a few more tables or a dozen chairs or more and still not pay any more for shipping.
