Items are scheduled for delivery when the manufacturing of your order is completed. At that time, we contact a suitable freight carrier and arrange pick up and delivery times. Deliveries are normally made between 8 am and 5 pm, Monday through Friday (local time) and are typically scheduled within a four-hour window. If called by the carrier, please respond as soon as possible with the time of day that's best for delivery. And keep in mind that if you choose not to schedule delivery, storage fees may become applicable. At the time of delivery you must look your furniture over and note any damage on the freight bill. Don't be afraid to partially unpack and inspect the furniture. Go ahead, pop open the cartons and take a peek. Any damage must be noted on the freight bill at the time of delivery.
